The cutest little nerikomi dish is a miniature footed bowl designed for mochi, desserts, nuts, and all manner of small snacks. The chequerboard pattern is fun and goes all the way through the clay.
This piece is hand-built using a slab building technique in a mix of coloured clay and finished with a high gloss transparent glaze to show the unique and distinctive pattern beneath.
