In the Seamless series Susan aims to elevate craft to fine art by embracing the stories of women, fashion, families and the domestic world.  This piece challenges hierarchies in the art world by emulating fabric, a material normally associated with fashion and craft. It has been created using a ceramic inlay method with a mix of white and black clay. Both clays have been collaged to create this one of a kind art work.  Comes ready to hang.
