Seamless - One of a Kind Sculptural Object (Sage Green and White)

This piece challenges hierarchies in the art world by emulating fabric, a material normally associated with fashion and craft.  This sculptural piece has been created by printing texture into the clay and gently folding and draping the clay. Strips of clay undulate across the piece adding to the rhythmic nature of the piece. Glazed in sage green and white gloss glaze. The underside of the sculpture has been left a natural buff colour . The ball is not attached to the base so can be moved around to the viewer's delight.  Can be displayed flat or vertical.
